Copayments Not Made at Time of Service

We assess a $5 billing fee for all copayments not received by the last working day of each month. This is being done to help cover the cost of billing copayments each month. The $5 fee will be charged EACH month that the copayment is not received.

Both our office, and you, have signed a contract with your insurance company. All of these contracts state that a copayment is to be collected at the time of each visit. We understand that sometimes trips to the doctor are unexpected and you may not have your copayment with you. This is why everyone is given until the end of the month to pay before a fee is charged.
