Quality Improvement Initiatives
We are committed to providing high quality care and service to our patients. Quality Improvement Initiatives are processes to direct our practice to carry this out. A team consisting of our Practice Manager, Physician Leader and Care Manager meet on a monthly basis to review clinical areas for potential quality improvement action. With input from the other providers in our group, a decision is made on what quality improvements the practice will engage in. A patient satisfaction survey is also used to review any patient experience areas needing improvement. The surveys are reviewed on a quarterly basis and areas are identified for improvement. Our staff, providers and care management team are all involved in implementing quality improvement measures within the practice.
