This is not an all inclusive list. Please contact your insurance company to verify there are no restrictions on your particular plan.
Payments can be made in the office, by mail, on our website or by phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments can be mailed to: 11643 Solzman Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249.
