- complete pre-registration for your appointments
- self schedule same day sick appointments as well annual well visits
- request a medication refill
- view documentation from recent visits
- manage documents and forms
- send secure messages
Historical clinical information is available in our previous patient portal, My Health Record, at this time. You are not able to contact us using My Health Record, so request access to My Kid's Chart today!
