Rachel Lieberman, MD
Dr. Lieberman was born and raised in the Denver area. While getting her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado in Boulder, she spent a semester studying abroad in Jerusalem, Israel. While in Israel, she was lucky enough to do an internship there with a pediatrician at the largest hospital in Jerusalem. This really piqued her interest in medicine and cemented her desire to attend medical school. She completed her medical school training at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO and then went on to residency at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO on the opposite side of the state. Following residency training, she moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband while he completed his pediatric infectious diseases fellowship at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. While there, she worked at a federally qualified health center for the next four years caring for an underserved patient population in West Philadelphia.
After four years living on the east coast, Dr. Lieberman and her husband moved to Cincinnati in 2022. She is excited to join the Northeast Cincinnati Pediatrics team! Dr. Lieberman loves pediatrics and working with families to navigate the developmental stages of their children's lives. She has a special interest in helping children who are overweight or have obesity, achieve and maintain optimal health. In her free time, Dr. Lieberman enjoys running and finding new activities to do with her young son and dog.
