Jun 02, 2026Walk-In Sick Visits Are Now Available at All Three NECP Locations
No appointment needed. No phone call required. Just come in.
We know what it's like. Your child wakes up with a fever at 7 AM. You're trying to get ready for work, your other kids need to get to school, and the last thing you want to do is sit on hold hoping to snag a same-day appointment. It's stressful — and we've always done our best to make same-day sick visits as accessible as possible.
Northeast Cincinnati Pediatric Associates is now offering walk-in sick visits at all three of our locations — Mason, Sycamore, and Lebanon — Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.
What Are Walk-In Visits For?
Walk-in visits are designed for acute (sick) care only. If your child is dealing with any of the following, a walk-in visit is a great option:
Fever
Ear pain
Sore throat
Cough, congestion & cold symptoms
Vomiting & diarrhea
Pink eye
New or worsening rash
Urinary pain or suspected UTI
Minor cuts, scrapes & injuries
Important Things to Know
Walk-in visits are for established NECP patients only. If you're not yet a patient with us, we'd love to welcome your family — please call us at 513.398.7171 to get set up.
Walk-ins are not a replacement for scheduled care. Well visits, annual physicals, ADHD appointments, and other routine or specialty care should continue to be scheduled as regular appointments. Walk-in hours exist specifically to make sick-day access faster and easier — they're not designed for comprehensive or preventive care.
For medical emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Why We're Doing This
We've always worked hard to see sick children the same day they call. This is the next step in that commitment. We understand that a sick child doesn't follow a schedule, and neither should access to their doctor. Walk-in hours give our NECP families one less thing to stress about on an already difficult day.
We're proud to be your family's medical home — and this is just one more way we're working to be there when you need us most.
